These are my favorite and biggest events of the year! 2 nights and 3 days in Calgary. Join me in the new Holiday Inn and Suites Calgary South for 50+ hours of scrapbooking and crafting time. This retreat is ideal for scrapbookers, paper crafters, card makers, and digital divas looking to kick back and relax.
I’m looking for some fun girls and/or guys to join me for a weekend of fun and celebrating your families memories!
Registration Fees:
$250 – 3 day Crop only
$420 – 3 day Crop + 2 nights accommodation at the hotel per person for double occupancy (2 people per room)
$590 – 3 day Crop + 2 nights accommodation at the hotel per person for single occupancy
Each Weekend Includes:
- 3 Day Crop From Friday 10am to Sunday at 3pm
- Option for 2 nights accommodation (based on double occupancy, 2 people to a room). Don’t want to room with a stranger? No worries, bring your own roommate and receive $5 in Buddy Bucks!
- Meals and Snacks – Breakfast is included with the hotel rooms rates, Lunch is provided on Saturday afternoon, dinners are on your own. There are individual packaged snacks provided in the crop room
- Your own 6 foot table in the scrapbook area **Digital Scrapbookers may be 2 to a table
- Main floor location with natural light

- Creative Memories products for sale on site – there might be other vendors as well
- Lots of scrapbooking time (Friday 2:00 pm to Sunday 4:00 pm: that’s 50 hours of scrapbooking!)

- $100 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking balance is due 30 days prior

Registration Fee
- $100 non refundable, non transferable deposit is required at time of registration and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date
Cancellation Policy
If you should have to cancel from time of booking until the final payment date, you forfeit your deposit. For cancellations after the final payment date, I am unable to offer any refunds for any deposits or registration fees paid.
Covid-19 Pandemic Policy
If we are unable to meet in person or the hotel is unable to host us due to provincial guidelines, I am happy to forward your registration fee to the next in-person event, convert it to a product credit OR offer you a refund. We will be following the current Covid Protocols that are in place at the time of the event
